I have taken a long time to write here, as I do not know how to be …what words to describe myself. I value honesty, no, I need honesty, as I find the world complex enough without having to figure out whats true and whats not.

I am learning about God, now, in my 50's, as I approach yet another new phase in my life.Not that God is a phase, more an unfolding, a new realisation. Bit like when my son Tomos was born, the sense of complete wonderment and awe.

 I like to care - to be in the service of others feels right to me, it fits. As a result, I became a nurse, and then a psychotherapist, although I have never experienced the feeling of being good enough. My childhood wasn't dramatically gruesome, but it felt a little too harsh for my sensetive soul.

I struggle with meaning, and purpose, and am often overwhelmed. Forgive my lack of expertise in this new area of spirituality. Slowly, and gently things are making themselves known to me…..but there's a lot of things to understand.
